My Reiki Practice

Reiki is a gentle yet powerful form of energy healing that helps release blockages in the body,
promoting both physical and emotional balance. This practice has been transformative in my
own life, and I'm honored to share its healing benefits with others.

As an Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki Master Teacher, Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki® Master, and
Animal Reiki practitioner, I bring years of dedicated study and practice to my work. While the
title "Reiki Master" may sound formal, it simply means I've been given the tools to deepen my
own practice and the privilege of guiding others on their Reiki journey through attunements and
teaching.

I offer Reiki classes on the Central Coast of California. Additionally, I volunteer as a practitioner
at our local hospital's cancer center, where I provide energy balancing sessions to support
patients during their healing journey.
